I was wondering if anyone has upgraded the rear view mirror on a 2005 equinox ? Mine is your basic mirror and i would like a gm mirror with temp and compass. I have the plug for the outside temp sensor but didn't see a plug for the mirror under the headliner?

Ok, got it done!! had to run tw0 wires from rear view mirror to grill for temp sensor and 1 wire to kick panel for 12 volt keyed power, used an existing ground going to map lights. Now I have a comp and temp reading on my rear view mirror . I used mirror 015607 got it from a junk yard with temp sensor and about a foot of the wiring harness for both
