My vehicle is shifting like it is slipping, Does it around 30MPH and I made a video of it doing this a few times and few where it did not do it.
Thoughts?
The dealer said it shifts normal and posted no codes. After 2,000 miles it seems it does it more, and maybe it because i am doing more local driving. Only have 15K miles on this 2019 1LT. I was planning on going back to the dealer to take a look at it again.
I saw a bulletin about shifting, but it does not seem to what is happening here.

The behavior you are experiencing is referred to as shift flare. Shift flare is a condition that occurs on upshifts resulting in a delay before engaging the next higher gear accompanied by an increase in engine RPM and isn't normal behavior.

wish i had more people choose the survey at the top. I brought it in again, not sure if they did a software update or not, but he told he was going to check. WHen i checked out i didn't talk to the tech. What happened was i went for a test drive with the tech and made it seems that it was normal and he would do some reset. Made it sounds like the transmission learned the way i drive because it has a computer. I consider myself a quiet driver, i don't speed, i don't hammer it, use cruise control all the time over 35. He even said if he replaced it , it would do the same...i didn't understand that one.

I have an open case with Chevy and they reached out via email today, so i replied back that it did it again when i reached the top of the street. If i went to the used car lot and did a test drive, i wouldn't buy this car, to me something is slipping. Part of this that pisses me off, didn't do this for about 6 months so can't be normal if it didn't do it in the timeline. I Will see if things turn around with support. Feel that i may drive it till the power train warranty is done and then dump it.

So after a year this was still an issue. Obviously I didn’t drive a lot in the past year. My plan was to wait for an update or get rid of the suv when the power train warranty was done.
Chevrolet customer care that I talk to about this above did nothing for me. Reminded me of a floor store clerk. How can I help you, but I really can’t help you. I was watching MotorTrend on tv one day and they talked about the Better Business Bureau for auto. How they helped a lot of people. So I gave it a shot. After a few weeks Chevrolet set up an appointment for me at another dealer. I brought in 2 days ago. They told me they fixed the issue and that there was a update. Well I check the bulletins monthly and the only issue I saw was the one about the 8 speed and I have the 6. So I was intrigue about this. They gave me the receipt and I saw the article number and looked it up. I found 3 sites that talked about it. One wanted me to pay but it was plain as day. 6 speed equinox flare issue 2-3 and 3-4 shifting. February 2021. So this was brand new. Seems to be fixed but today is day 1. Though it should of did it already. So looks promising. What sorta made me happy was they gave it back with no gas in it. So that tells me they drove it around allot to make sure it was fixed. I’ll post back in a few weeks after I speak with Chevrolet business resource center. Seems this is the level to that CSR I talked to before. They sounds like they are more concerned to get this resolved then the 1st group I spoke to.

Mine used to do the same thing but hasn’t lately. Maybe they did the software update when I was in for other issues. BBB is a great resource. I’m not sure why it’s so effective but the OEM seem to be afraid of them. I used the BBB to handle an issue with my last car and won. Highly recommend them.
