08 Sport Aftermarket Performance

Hello all. I am a new owner of an 08 Sport and I am looking for aftermarket support. I have searched a bit and can't find an intake, exhaust, headers or much of anything. Can anyone point me in the right direction for bolt up parts. If not I can always do a custom job but would just rather not have to cut on anything if I want to go back to stock. Thanks

not much for the nox...let alone the sport.......264 horsepower not enough for ya?! :)

intake-custom route.....get some mandrel bent pipe, some couplers, and filter.....

exhaust, same deal.....should just be able to cut out the stock, add somethin at the end...

headers....nope....not gonna be worth it for the price youd pay to get something R&D'd, then cut and welded.....
You might want to look somewhere else besides parts for Chevy/GM.....I believe your Equinox sport has a Honda made V6. ;)

ummmm no...

its a caddy v6

but that doesnt mean that parts are interchangeable, as they could mod the intake/tb, manifold, etc.....

Ahh..you're right. I was thinking of the optional Honda V6 that was available in the 04-07 Saturn Vue.
I wish it was the honda v6 b/c I have a blower sitting in my shed that I pulled off my old car lol. And thinking about the blower should answer why I want more than 264hp/250tq. I could always go with n2o but I want every day reliability with power on demand.

There are several things you could do such as performance headers/free flow exhaust that would give you a little more power without blowing the engine up, and if that isn't enough you could get one of those aftermarket devices that reprogram the ECU. Of course, if you're still under the GM powertrain warranty then none of this would be wise. ;)
Has anyone used HP Tuners on their Equinox?

not i am aware of....from what i have tried researching, there arent any maps for the 3.4 let alone your more rare 3.6....but i really didnt cross reference your 3.6 for caddy aftermarket that much.....

you can always fab up a custom turbo setup....the engine bay has plently of room....
Well I figure I am gonna get my tuner to call HP and see what they can do. I guess I will just need to go with custom work. I will post things up as I get them done.
Well it has definitely been a minute since I have posted. So far I debaffled the intake tubing and fabbed a ram air with a velocity stack through the stock air box with a K&N filter, blacked out the emblems and debadged the rear lid. Next is a magnaflow muffler and 6000k HIDs in the head and fog lights. I am also eye balling the GM black bezle head lights and tail lights. The wife finally got the itcht o cut me loose on her SUV so I am sure scratching it.
