I am considering a new 2018 GMC Terrain Denali. Looking through the GMC web site I don't see Rain Sensing wipers listed as standard or an option for them. Also I don't see adaptive cruise control as an option. Maybe I missed it but I don't see it.

Thanks

I believe that you are correct that GM does not offer those capabilities on the Terrain or Equinox.

I can confirm there is not an option for rain sensing wipers on the 18 equinox/terrain. Their early literature and ads noted that it was an option but I confirmed with GM that it was not available and has been removed from advertising.

I vaguely recall that I saw that as part of an option package on the Buick version of these vehicles. However, I've never cared for the Buick suspension and handling so I never pursued it further.

i believe the buick envision has them, it’s a bit bigger also it’s a really nice vehicle, nothing wrong with the handling on the ones with the 2.0t it’s a shame they are soo expensive tho i couldn’t justify the added price tag when the equinox had all the features i wanted

Thanks much for the information. Somewhat disappointing though. I am coming out of a 2016 Escape Titanium lease in a few months and want to maybe go with the Terrain. I will continue my search.

Do a search online, because I read an article about disappointed sales of the Envision. They plan to revise it for '19 along with a lower starting price. Take a look, and that may sway your decision.

i just bought a brand new nox 3 months ago so i won’t be looking for probably another 3 years, sales were probably disappointing beacause of the price, they are a nice vehicle and everyone i know that has them love them. that being said they are a lot more than an equinox and if i was gonna spend that kind of money i’d spend a lil more and get a caddy with the v6. Buick’s are nice cars but for the price a lot of people chose cadillac or some other brand. Gm needs to lower the buick prices a bit
