Try Autogeek.net. They have EVERYTHING. Clay bar will work as well, you just have to take your time if you want to get it all. Rail dust is a pain in the ass.

You may want to try a Clay Bar. The spots could be Rail Dust from when the car was originally shipped from the factory.

Paint issues

Just picked up a '12 LS. On the hatch there are super tiny spots that look like rust. It's also on my badges. Tried to clean it with some light rubbing compound but no joy. Any ideas?
