Sometime later I'll look into replacing those with led bulbs.
I'm contemplating changing to LED fogs in a yellow color--more effective in actual fog and greater light output should allow better penetration of white fog as well.

masterchief1112 thanks, i am generally very diligent about fluid checks. my traverse was going through about a quart a week prior to this.

i did some snooping on what appeared to be the fog lamps, the assembly is mostly there. it just doesn't have the complete reflector.the DRLs are below what i am looking at.

I shouldn't have to fix anything major for about the next two years or so but hopefully service manuals are available secondary market by then.

ill have to go check out the vid.

mgmsequinox lamps in the bumper might be drl,s.....daylight running lights

my uncles nox has them in the bumper and they only light in the daylight when the headlights are off..

as far as taking care of the twin noxs...........take care of them and take the time to check fluids......

a lot of people on this board say when they changed the oil they only got 3 quarts out of it or LESS..

my 2012 nox 2.4 has 272,000 miles on it and I check the fluids all the time........not just when going on a trip or something.

I think a lot of the 2.4 s burn oil because the were run low on oil and that hurts everything.

maybe you want to trade that red one for my red one.......mine is broken in just a little more.

go to the general section and you can see a video of my nox running down the road with high mileage!!!!!!

masterchief1112 Itís possible that everything is there except the switch and a relay. HHR and traverse were like that. I had to buy the lamps for the HHR but that and the traverse just requires adding a switch and the relay to the fuse box.

I have a friend that just leased an 18 from a different dealer. Iíll check to see if he can give the build date and see if it does the same thing.

masterchief1112 Curious if the infotainment system makes a difference. Both of ours have the 7Ē system.
