2018 Terrain Denali - droning sound from drivetrain?

Since getting a car wash late last week (coincidence?), I've noticed a droning sound coming from what I believe is the passenger side of the vehicle when driving after the vehicle has sat for a while.

This seems to happen when the vehicle is in FWD mode.
If I switch to AWD mode while in motion, the sound goes away.

I've checked the tire pressure since the temperature dropped and it's fine.

Obviously something is not happy and I need to take it in, just not sure what given that the sound goes away when switching to AWD mode.

Any ideas what it might be?
