2018 Driver's side front and rear door not locking

Went out to bring my kid to school this morning and couldn't unlock the doors with the button on the door handle (yes, the fob was in my pocket). Then tried the app for a remote unlock and still no luck. Finally popped the trunk and climbed in that way to open the door from the inside.

Got home, messed with some settings regarding the door autolocks, doesn't look like anything changed. Left the vehicle, heard it honk, walked back up to it and tried the doors on the driver's side, both of which were still unlocked. Thought it might be something electrical, but the driver's power window works. Bringing it in tomorrow for a recall, so I guess I'll add this and see what they say.

Anyone else experience this? I'm at around 20K miles.

Did you try the lock/unlock buttons on the fob remote too? You said you used the door handle buttons and the myGMC app, and no luck.

It sounds as if you also have it set to lock passively; as it locks when you walk away.

I haven't had this happen yet, so cannot advise.

How about trying the other remote fob?

Update: Took it to the dealer yesterday for a recall that had popped up on the MyGMC app. Apparently my vehicle was affected by the Loss of Audio Chime recall. Also had them update the software/firmware (not sure) so my rear camera wouldn't blind me at night when backing up.

As for the locks, turns out a wiring harness had corroded, so no signal. This ended up affecting all four of my doors. If the led on your locks goes out, that's what it is. I guess one positive of having the vehicle parked outside for 6 months in FL and a year in NJ is it's really giving the "weatherproof" seals a workout! Harness is ordered, and the dealer I'm guessing cleaned off the corrosion so the doors lock in the meantime.
