Goggled it and it says a 2013 13' scamp weighs in at 1220 lbs add some water and some clothes and food and I would think your pushing it . JMO but I wouldn't tow it.
1986 scamp only weighs less than a 1000 but still too overweight for me

Had to go with the 18 XT5

And people! The listed towing capacity (1500lbs) is for the driver and vehicle only (no other passengers) per the manual.

So what you're sayin is I shouldn't try towing anything with my Nox since I weigh in at a robust 229!

GCWR FOR L4 ENGINE ,FWD IS 5,787 LBS so, if you can keep the vehicle under that limit one can tow

GCWR is the total allowable weight of the completely loaded vehicle and trailer including any passengers ,cargo ,equipment ,and conversions..

Had to go with the 18 XT5
