Unhappy Brakes scraping noise

I have Terrain 2010 V6 AWD SLT . if i apply brakes at the speed of 80km/h you will hear a scraping noise and the steering will shake . i have changed the rotor and the pads twice but the sound is still there.
and when slowing down with your feet on the brake pedal u could actually feel it pushing back as if there is a bump on the rotor

Very hard pads can make what could be described as a scraping noise but that does not account for the pedal/ steering wheel feedback.

Garage
Check you wheel bearings/hub for play in them.
I had a Taurus with a bad wheel hub bearing that did not make any bearing noise but the worn hub kept the new rotor dragging on the pads thus warping the new rotor within a few hundred miles.

Some suffer from insanity, I choose to enjoy it
