Lock out

I have a 2019 Equinox with a remote keyless entry. How do I stop my car from automatically locking ALL doors when a fob is INSIDE the car & all doors are closed.

It sounds like you have Passive Locking enabled on your vehicle. Your owner's manual describes this feature in the Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) System Operation section, with the Passive Locking subsection found on page 32 in the link below. Disabling the feature is described in the Vehicle Personalization section, with the Passive Door Lock subsection found on page 155 in the link below.
