Metal noise coming from roof when opening Passanger side rear door

So on my 2019 gmc terrain when the tempature outside is anything over 70*f and I open up my rear passenger side door I get a loud metalic clink noise coming from the roof area. It also happens if the vehicle is flexed at all (small hill, driving over sewer grates etc..) anyone else experienced this? I Googled this issue and I haven't found anything on it yet.

Thanks.

#19-NA-013: Ticking or Popping Noise at Roof Rail Assist Handle(s) - (Jan 29, 2019)
The cause of the condition may be movement between the assist handle mounting bracket and the inner roof rail structure.

Thanks for posting that. I searched that and it's only applicable to 2018 models? If so how would I go about getting my 2019 fixed?

Since its a 2019, I would take it to the dealer and have them fix it under warranty.

Doesn't matter if its 2019 or 2018, that was a TSB that other person was referring too. The will fix it if you can definitely duplicate it. They may also use the 2018 notes for the fix. Nothing has changed between the 2 years.

Garage
If the TSB doesn't resolve it there might be a few other things to check:
1. Is the door aligned correctly to the body? I would check for scuffing on the paint around the door.
2. Might also be the header molding on the door not being clipped in correctly. If you grab the molding above the glass and try to rotate it, does it move and make noise? It shouldn't.

The dealer has it now. They just called and they have my headliner taken down and said the TSB I showed them is for a 2018 and the 2019 has different parts and it wasn't the same. So they had to call GM to see if there is a fix or solution for the issue.

Update

The dealer called me. And told me they can't fix the issue and GM doesn't have a fix. So I will have to live with it until they come up with a solution. This is unbelievable. I went from a jeep that was a peice of crap to another it seems. I don't even know what to do at this point.

Just incase anyone wants to hear or see the noise I took some videos. This is what I am dealing with. Brand new car with 1300 miles and I have to listen to this whenever I drive the car.

Interior driving on highway. (I'm not driving I'm recording in passenger seat. Audio for this one isn't the best due to road noise.
