18 Crossbar Install

Question for anyone with Crossbars:

Did you install them yourself? I have the factory installed roof rails, but the bars have a bracket that is loose on both bars (2 bolts to tighten). I'm guessing I bolt them into the rails then tighten the bracket so the fit is flush after?

That's probably the order I would use.
I removed my cross bars and just now looked at the adjustment on the bracket.

Don't get carried away torquing the bolts into the side rails.
