Installed GMNAV2 and Amazon FIre TV to 2015 GMC Terrain

I just installed the GMNAV2 into my 2015 GMC Terrain and so far so good. The installation took about an hour most of which i spent hiding wires because i put a Fire TV box in the car as well(couldn't let the HDMI port go to waste). The navigation is quick, responsive and can even get a signal in my garage. The HDMI puts out a good picture considering the resolution of the monitor and i was able to play Netflix, Amazon Videos, and Kodi with no issues. Also there is a code that enables video in motion for the HDMI port.....i don't use it but it makes a "Lock Pick" unnecessary which is always good.

Doesn't look wise or safe to have movie menus on a dash board screen, even if a driver is just selecting material for the rear seat viewers, let alone peeking at the video "only now and then".

Looks like yet another distraction to take eyes off the road.

Controls to stuff like that perhaps should be locked out of operation if the vehicle is moving.

Does anyone know if the GMNAV2 will work properly in a 2013 SLE? Or does it need to be in a 15/16?
