2012 Terrain 3.0L V6 Valve Cover Gasket Replacement

2012 Terrain 3.0L V6 flex fuel engine with 207k miles
Replaced the 6 spark plugs after removing the intake manifold. Not sure if ever replaced before but IM lower gasket was original. Oil was in one of the spark plug tubes (middle front cylinder - didn't look up the #). Not much oil but noticeable. Next step it would naturally seem (intake manifold already off) is to replace the valve cover gaskets & spark plug (top) tube seals. What is the valve cover bolt torque spec & tightening sequence? I want to eliminate potential future issues. I searched through this Engine & Drivetrain area (read all 8 pages from the results except for this massive 289 page thread but couldn't find the answer so apologies if I missed it.

It has a P0300 misfire code every few weeks but still drives ok. Intermittent coolant loss that hasn't been found yet either. One step at a time though I guess.

Thank you.
