Thumbs down 2010 Cadillac HELP needed again.

Hello all,

So since last year I have replaced the following items on my 2010 Cadillac SRX Perf Edition AWD.

Fuel Cap NEW ACDelco from Autozone.

Throttle Body is new BOCH
Purge Valve Solenoid is new BOCH
Vacuum Canister Purge Valve Solenoid is NEW ACDelco from Cadillac Dealer in Dearborn MI and new style wiring harness. Professionally installed.
Since then NO more P0442 code or P0455 code
I was breathing a sigh of relief.
NOW this as of Oct end weeks. :-(
P0442 code is back every 2 or 3 days after using OBD2 scanner to reset code.

New code: P0877-00 Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch "D" Circuit Low :-(
Checked Trans fluid with trans on drive/hand brake on, its full and clean looking. Does have a slight hesitation shifting from park to drive on cold start. Same slight hesitation since 1st bought in Oct 2017.

Where do I go from here?? :-(

LOL! But it actually doesn’t sound that dire.

Maybe just a new (or better) gas cap or purge valve for the P0442, OR maybe a smoke test could be performed to find the small leak? That one’s not gonna kill ya.

And the tranny code might only be another sensor ... although not sure how easy to replace on your engine.

Here’s some good info on it:
