OP, just thank the lord you are on a lease with the vehicle. Do not buy it out when your lease is up. Next time if you want to own a reliable vehicle for 10years + your only option these days are toyota and maybe honda.
Also my terrain slipped again today. It only happens once when the car is first running. After a little while it's fine. But when it does happen it's very noticeable. I can't however make it happen it just kind of does it on its own.
I'm currently driving a loaner 2019 Equinox with the 1.5L and 6 speed. On the first drive of the day it does have a slight rpm shift flair between 2nd and 3rd gear. It only does it on the first and or 2nd cold shift of the day after setting overnight. It has 2,500 miles on it
This is how the dealer fixed my rear lift gate. Also they left a part in there and it is rattling inside it.
You obviously documented for yourself, but did you identify the issue to the dealership? Did you elevate the issue to Chevrolet Customer Care? They need to know when they have a dealership that is performing shoddy maintenance and damaging vehicles. That kind of stuff may suffice on farm implements that are 5-10 years old, but not on a new vehicle. Someone besides this forum needs to know and get involved!
