The 9 speed has a lot of issues hence why Ford took a pass on it.

My Nox did this for the 1st time just this past weekend. Did you ever take it to the dealer for this? If you did, what was the outcome?

Ha, Ha, Ha...That's a good one(not).

Haven't taken in yet. After they couldn't even fix my power lift gate or my a pillar trim Im not bringing it to them. I will however go go another dealer and see what they say.

Also my terrain slipped again today. It only happens once when the car is first running. After a little while it's fine. But when it does happen it's very noticeable. I can't however make it happen it just kind of does it on its own.

This is how the dealer fixed my rear lift gate. Also they left a part in there and it is rattling inside it.

That’s that “distressed” look popularized with furniture - you know ... they whack the wood with hammers and stab it with sharp edges to give it an “aged” look.

They’re starting to do it on cars now - although that’s not a very good job. It needs a few more whacks at the other end.

I'm currently driving a loaner 2019 Equinox with the 1.5L and 6 speed. On the first drive of the day it does have a slight rpm shift flair between 2nd and 3rd gear. It only does it on the first and or 2nd cold shift of the day after setting overnight. It has 2,500 miles on it

I have a loaner now a 2019 terrain Denali with the 2.0 engine. The transmission does the same thing as my terrain with the 1.5. It's only when it's cold started. After it's been ran its fine.

You obviously documented for yourself, but did you identify the issue to the dealership? Did you elevate the issue to Chevrolet Customer Care? They need to know when they have a dealership that is performing shoddy maintenance and damaging vehicles. That kind of stuff may suffice on farm implements that are 5-10 years old, but not on a new vehicle. Someone besides this forum needs to know and get involved!
