Nox Bug Shield

Has anyone put a Chevy factory-made Bug Shield on their 2011 or 2012 Nox? If so, do you like the look (and fit) of it? I have a 2012 Mocha Steel Nox, and the shield only comes in dark gray color -- just wondering how it would look. I'm sure it would look great with the light silver or dark grey, but just not sure about Mocha.

Pics would be great!

Re: Nox Bug Shield

I just put one on my 2012 Nox and it look's great but my Nox is Black Granite Metallic. You hardly know it's there from a few feet away, it blends right in. I was not crazy about the look of the shield before I installed it and I don't think I would like it on a lighter color. I have not seen any on other Nox's yet so I can't really say. It did fit very well. I also just installed the Auto Ventshade 194166 In-Channel Ventvisor for all four windows and they look and fit great. The GM ones mounted on the outside on the chrome trim and looked bad. Good luck with your decision and enjoy your Nox.

I have one (Bug Shield) on my22010 Mocha looks fine. Don't go with the OEM shades. I chromed the door pillars so the OEM would look bad. I went with the vent visors.

Re: Nox Bug Shield

i actually have a weathertech one, haven't put it on yet, but i also have a black granite metallic, i'm thinking about getting it painted to match.

I purchased a weathertech bug/stone guard for my wifes odyessey and its super easy to install and has worked great for over three years now.

Re: Nox Bug Shield

With the bug shield I would stick with OEM. I put an Autoventshade one on my 2003 Saturn VUE mine and it would cause a noise (Fluttering would be the best way to explain it). I replaced it with an OEM and had no problems with the OEM. Just my experience. mOthers may have had luck with other vehilces
