ac problem 2008 equinox

Have a 2008 equinox with ac not cooling. Checked the fuses and relays related to ac cutch, two cooling fans and all are ok. The problem started suddenly. Where to start the problem solving? Ac compressor not engaging and clutch tested ok.

AC systems have a low pressure switch which shuts off the compressor when your coolant is low.
You can unplug the switch, jump the two pins in the connector to bypass the switch, and get the clutch to engage.

At that point watch the high and low gauges to see if you are low on coolant.
This is a basic first step.
