Been using Quote to get around it. Never noticed Reply before, will try that. And yes, nothing happens when I click Post Quick Reply.

Seems to be working on my end.
Are you accessing this site through a bookmark?
If so, you may need to re-bookmark the site since we migrated over to HTTPS.
Some users are still accessing the site through HTTP which is causing them issues.
Afterward, I recommend clearing your caches and cookies and giving it a try again.
