Fuel Trims

Recently got a P0011 code. Replaced the intake and exhaust actuators, cleared the codes, and have been good for a week.

However, when viewing the live data at idle today, I noticed the long term fuel trim to be -13. Short term was floating around 0. Vehicle was at temperature. From my understanding, they should be around 10 combined. Does this mean there’s another problem? I should mention that the high pressure fuel pump was replaced back in January.

I think you're fine. The combined value of 10 (+ or -) for LTFT and STFT is "typical" and not an absolute. Being at -13 you have nothing to worry about. Keep in mind that a negative value indicates less fuel being delivered and positive is more fuel being delivered.

Drive it for a few weeks and check it again, LTFT's change very slow.
You might have a sensor slightly out of range.
A degraded O2 sensor can give you a "false" reading.

Usually when your LTFT gets to -25 you will get a light on the dash.
I think your second fuel trim check will be closer to zero.
