Windshield Washer Fluid Leak

2011 Equinox LTZ 2.4L.
When I fill the windshield washer reservoir I get a fluid leak.
The entire tank doesn’t empty. It looks like the top ‘neck’ is empty when the leak stops. Most of the tank is pretty well obscured. So I really don’t know if this is a tank issue or something else. Does anyone have any thoughts on what it takes to get access to that area for diagnosis or repair?

Thanks for any help or advice!

Try looking throught the wheel well.
Usually can see most of the lower bottle-

Thanks, rbarrios!
I'll give that a try.

I also found our library has access to the Chilton manuals.
Looks like replacement requires pulling the fascia under the hood in that corner.
And possibly the wheel well liner.

Garage
While you can see it by removing the wheel well liner, you'll have much better access by removing the fascia.

Ok, Dagorlad, I’ll pull that off and see if I can get a better idea of the source of the leak.

Thanks.
