Thumbs down hole on top of dash infront of driver

I noticed an open space with recessed leds on the top of the drivers side dashboard on my 18 'nox premier. No info in the owners manual. I'm guessing heads up display?

Its in the manual. The lights flash for forward collision.

Thanks..... I'm old and slow on the uptake. my first new car had the optional am radio and vinyl seat covers. No heater or defroster. But, it did have a 1500 cc engine(air cooled)

I got the lights to light on the windshield today. I had to try it.

Me too, got too close to vehicle ahead of me, Nox would have braked in next second.

2018 Premier True North Edition, AWD 2.0T, in Iridescent Pearl/ Brandy interior
Apparently downgraded to Michelin Premier LTX 235/55R19 tires?
Michelin Xi3 225/60R18 winter tires/American Racing alum 7 spoke black rims
