buzzing or vibration noise from front dash area while driving around 60 mph

Hi, I don't know where else to look for help, I have searched the forum for other buzzing sounds, but none of those topics seems to cover my issue.

Its a 2015 4 cyl terrain. Wife is the daily driver, I only drive on weekend family outings. I've noticed this buzzing/ vibration noise coming from in front of me while driving around 60 mph. It does not happen at slow speeds.

I first thought it was related to a speaker since it kind of sounds like electrical interference, but the sound is the same at different radio volumes and with the radio turned off.

I have tried pressing on the dash to see if something was loose or rattling around, but nothing I did changed the sound.

Since it only happens at full speed on the road its hard to diagnose, but I wonder if its not coming from outside the cabin, or in the engine compartment. who knows what could be vibrating due to wind speed outside.

Has anyone else experienced this, or have any ideas? I'm willing to experiment a bit on my own. But I am still under the warranty since we bought it certified pre-owned. If it goes that far, I want to have some idea what to tell the mechanic before taking it in.

OK, thanks. that could be similar to mine.
But I am definitely not pulling out the instrument cluster. If that is the best advice, I'm off to the dealership.
