well I took my wifes SLT-2 Acadia in for new tires for the winter..... Don't get me started there...... and while at the dealership I snapped a few pics. I saw a Red, the cyber grey, and carbon black as well as a tanish color, and the blue. I could only get pics of the black and grey though. After seeing it, and sitting in it, I want one... Cheesy

here is an SLE in carbon black,  and SLT-2 in cyber grey it's the last pic and some interior shots before I got in. you can kinda see the red in a couple.

Nice carbon black!  I cringe, however, at seeing the dog sitting inside.  Won't its claws damage the upholstery?

Wife's truck, wife's Yorkie, wife takes him everywhere possible!
The leather in the Terrain is awesome quality and the Yorkie is all of 14 lbs.
So far, no scratches!

Nice and Shiny.  See you still have piles of snow on the ground too.  Ours is slowly melting with the warm-up.

Seeing your mud flaps reminded me to ask how you liked their performance with the snow.  Did you get too much accumulation on the mud flaps?
The snow is a little misleading, SnowItch.
Reason being the snow removal crew pile the snow on our front lawn since there's a sewer drain right there for days like today when it's all melting.
The kids love it when there's lots of snow, the little hill in front of our house has been high enough for them to toboggan down!
It's a balmy 50F right now and higher throughout the week (about time LOL).
We're seeing most of the neighbours out today as we sweep the garage, sidewalks, etc.
It's great to get outside for some fresh air.

As far as the mudflaps, they've performed well to protect the paint and keep the vehicle cleaner.
I watched for excess snow accumulation in the wheel wells and on the mud flaps on heavy snow days.
Nothing out of the ordinary, probably the same accumulation as with regular, more flexible flaps or none at all.
The occasional boot or broomstick to knock off any accumulation, no big deal.
There's small rectangular indented sections at the bottom of each splash guard.
I'm thinking the intended purpose is to catch loose rocks, mud and snow and prevent them from spinning around in the wheel well, I don't know, have never seen any like this before..

I should have taken some close ups of the paint in the sunshine, maybe another day.
There's all kinds of gold, silver, maybe magnesium, aluminum (?) and other cool metallic flakes in it that really add eye appeal and reflect a lot of light.

Here' a couple pics of the reflection of one light in the garage.
Gives you a little idea of the metallics used.

I've tried to post some pics but I think my file size is too big.  Any way to shrink the size?  I'm on a mac if that helps anyone.  Thanks!

I'll help :-)

Open the image in Preview, then choose Tools > Adjust Size.  I would suggest choosing 1024x768 in this case.  It will even show you the reduction in file size in advance, so you'll know if you've gotten it under the limit.  Then, upload away!

Looking forward to seeing the pics.  Mine is going to be Carbon Black too... my TPW is 4/5.
