My XM subscription is due March 12/2010 on my 2009 Vue. Last term I got a special for $79.96 CAD for a year.
What is the best deal I can get right now?
I will also need a plan shortly when I get my Nox(when free 3 months is done).
Is there a discount if you have two subscriptions?
I could call them but I want ammo before I call!

This is what they offered in my renewal notice....
2-Year Plan Save $60
$299.99 MMC0200
3-Year Plan Save $140
$399.99 MMC0300
* Savings calculated compared to our regular rate of $14.99 per month. Offer does not apply to radios on a Family Plan. Taxes are not included.

My free 3 months were up Thursday, so I called and they had this acount seperate from the acount for my Acadia, They combined them, and asked if I wanted to subscribe, I told them the only way I will is if they give me both radios at the rate of $77 for the year. She said thats not a problem, after taxes my bill was $88 for each radio, for a year.

On my Traverse, I got the "Lifetime" plan for $399 US dollars.  The 3 years was $329 (if I remember) so it's about the same as a 4 year, but good for much longer.  They say it's "lifetime", but I'm seeing where it may only be good for 10 years.  Still plenty good for me, and equates to about $40/year which is awesome.

We'll most likely do the same with our 'Nox.

I'm not sure the company will be around that long.   Grin

I called XM to get the upgrade to the "Best of Sirius" ( I'm a NASCAR fan) and the guy I spoke with said I can't get it within my 3 mo trial period, and that I had to wait and order the subscription/upgrade after my trial time.   What a disapointment.   Angry

Speaking of dissapointments. We have 4 XM radios on my account. My wife and I and my daughter and her husband each have one. With all the good promotions going on I thought I would add XM to my boat and trailer hauling Sierra. I use this truck only to haul the boat and pull the deer hunting trailer so at best its for about 3 months a year. The BEST they could offer me was $9.99 a month! I registered my displeasure and I guess I will keep on listening to CDs.
