Question Gracenote wrong cover image

When I play music on my 2013 Equinox from USB, the wrong image is displayed for the artist.
On page 33 of the manual which is below. It says user art will be used first. I am playing WMA files. I have images named cover.jpg but it does not get displayed. Does anyone know the specific requirements for these images? Like name, size, format etc....

Thanks!

Cover Art:
The Gracenote
embedded database contains cover
art or album art information for the
music on the USB device. If the
music is recognized by Gracenote
and does have cover art, Gracenote
will use the cover art found in the
embedded database and display it
on the radio. User predefined cover
art will always be used first. If no
cover art is found Gracenote will
use generic Genre graphics or
images of artists.

I'm not into this sort of stuff but saw a thread when I joined last year, see if this helps:

Try searching on "Gracenote" or other applicable terms if that link isn't useful.
